Steadykey has been consistently building, developing and managing residential properties since 1995.
Specialising in London and the South East, the company is led by Steven Mooney – a property professional with a rich legacy of successful projects dating back to 1981.
Today, Steadykey serves as the holding company for five property enterprises: Chalice Homes, Denhill Properties, Sylvan Hill Ltd, Wellroad Investments and Steven Anthony Homes.
This suite of brands is united by a number of common themes. Developments are always brownfield or infill in nature, built using traditional brick and block construction. Because of their location and size, each plot requires a totally bespoke approach, with architectural plans that are unique and a style that is in tune with the local vernacular.
Designs are also heavily influenced by build quality over build quantity.
Determined to create homes that maintain an area’s equilibrium, visual balance and private integrity, each Steadykey development features a maximum of nine units.
Not shying away from projects that are more challenging to bring to fruition, Steadykey has built a fierce reputation for planning success. It uses its deep understanding and confident navigation of the planning process to submit sensitive plans and win appeals. Each company’s back catalogue of harmonious, low-impact homes is a testament to this success – the meticulous matching of brick stock, the seamless integration of ridge heights and new rooflines that mirror those of old.
While more traditional construction methods and styles are employed, the most current building and safety standards are met. There’s also a conscious bias towards sustainable development.
